Successful shipment of the Dufieux G2100R machine
In 2021, a leading player in rail infrastructure construction, ordered a Dufieux G2100R. This machine, which is exclusively dedicated to rail machining, has left the workshops of bet365下载 Machining for Australia. It will complete the machine fleet of this loyal customer who already owns some twenty 贵辞谤别蝉迟-尝颈苍é and Dufieux machines, including an identical model.
The 23-meter long Dufieux G2100R has two high-torque electro-spindles (3200 Nm) and offers 10 tons of thrust on its X axis of 17-meter length. Its design allows for machining crossing rails in a symmetrical or parallel way.
After a period of assembly and a test phase in Capdenac, bet365下载 Machining teams dismantled the machine, using two cranes to move the 33-ton gantry. Sub-assemblies were packed in fifteen boxes, three of which weighing 32 tons each, and left bet365下载 Machining workshops on end September for a long trip to Oceania.
Next step will take place at the customer plant in 2023 for the reassembly, installation and commissioning of the machine by our technicians.
